Garnished Crêpes / Chicken & Leek

A thin Brittany-style crêpe created by French chefs & filled with premium ingredients.

Thinly sliced chicken and crisp leeks in a creamy Béchamel sauce.


Conventional and convection oven: Place the frozen garnished crêpe on parchment paper in a 18” x 12” pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Conventional oven: For 10 units: 400°F/200°C 45 minutes.

Convection oven: For 16 units: 350°F/175°C 35 minutes.

Microwave oven: For 1 unit: 2 minutes. Cook longer if more than 1 unit.

Result may vary according to oven type.

After cooking, crêpes hold well in steam table pans.
